December 2017

Dear Parents,

As the weather changes people start getting sick.  If your child has a fever, do not give them medicine and send them on to school.  Keep them at home.  They should be fever free (without medicine) for 24 hours before returning to school.

Our Christmas Party for grades K-5th will be on Thursday, December 21st at 12:00 p.m. (This will be a normal school day for grades 6th-12th)  Our Christmas Party for grades 6th-12th will be on Friday, December 22nd beginning at 9:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. (Grades K-5th will not come to school this day)

School will be closed December 25th – January 5th for Christmas Holidays.  We will return to school on Monday, January 8th.

Bible Study for grades 6th-12th will be January 29th – February 2nd.  Bro. Randy Sutherland will be teaching and preparing the test which will determine the winner of the Bible Award.

As a reminder, we will follow Murray County School System on closures (not delays) during inclement weather.  We will post it on our Facebook group page and on the school answering machine (if there is power).  It will also be listed on Chattanooga News Channel 9.

Thank you to all of those who have already helped with paper supplies this year.  This is an ongoing need so any help will be greatly appreciated. (paper plates, paper towels, toilet paper etc.)

Remember, Jesus is the Reason for the Season!!
