Dear Parents,

The Lord has blessed us with a wonderful first month of school.  He continues to provide and meet every need for which we are so thankful.  Thank you all for your support.  ” Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto Him be glory…”  Ephesians 3: 20-21

School Pictures:  Tuesday, October 13 – Proof fees are $1 and all students must wear their RED uniform shirt.  If they wish to wear an undershirt, it must be white. (Bradd Parker / Chatsworth Portrait Studios)

We will have Georgia vs Tennessee Day on Friday, October 9 and Georgia vs Alabama Day on Friday, October 16.  Students may wear shirts & caps of either team on these days.  Note: Students may wear “Friday” T-shirts on Thursday, Oct. 8 & 15.

Our Spirit & Pride shirts (Friday shirts) are available online or by phone ONLY this year, so please do not send orders into the school.  The flyers came home a few days ago.  Our school ID#125002.

Our first Parent Teacher Fellowship Meeting will be Monday, October 26 @ 7:30 p.m. here in the lunchroom.  If possible, at least one parent or guardian should be present.  Please do not bring children to the meeting.

Paper products are an ongoing need throughout the school year.  Please help as much and as often as possible.  (3 oz./5 oz. cups, paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, spoons/forks etc.)  Also, help with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes & spray is much appreciated.

Please download the Box Tops app if you haven’t already, it’s quick and easy.  It allows you to automatically give your box tops to our school.

Looking ahead:  School will be closed November 23-27 for Thanksgiving Holidays.  School will also be closed on Friday, December 11.

Thank you,

Mr. Johns.
