Canaanland Christian School Newsletter

December 2022

Dear Parents,

Paper products are an ongoing need throughout the school year.  Please help as much and as often as possible.  (3 oz./5 oz. cups, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, etc.)  Also, help with disinfectant wipes & spray is much appreciated.

As the weather changes, people start getting sick.  If your child has a fever, do not give them medicine and send them on to school.  Keep them at home.  They should be fever free (without medicine) for 24 hours before returning to school.  Also, please see that your child wears a jacket when it’s cold outside.

Just a reminder, when the weather is bad we will follow the Murray County School System.  If they are CLOSED (not delayed) for inclement weather then we will be also.  We will post it on our Facebook page, website and school voicemail greeting (if possible).  Also, we will do our best to have it posted on Chattanooga News Channel 9 TV.

We want to thank all the families who have already participated in our “School Store” fundraiser!  If your family has not participated, there’s still time!  This safe and easy fundraiser is 100% online so there is no face-to-face selling, collecting money, or delivering products. Your child will receive a prize just for participating, and more prizes will be awarded when goals are reached.  Please help now.  Go to to show our valued teachers your support.
